Referral Fees
Each Jenuane Community has a commission/referral fee structure for pre-sale, under construction, and move-in ready homes. Check with individual onsite agents or our concierge team to confirm corresponding amounts. All commissions earned are paid upon closing and based upon the purchase price minus Seller incentives, credits, or concessions, or options and upgrades selected by the Buyer after signing the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

To be eligible for commission or a referral fee on your sale, please complete the Broker Registration Form below. Client registrations are valid for 180 days and those without purchase agreements by this time will need to be re-registered.
Note: It is not necessary for a broker to accompany clients on a first visit as long as the registration has been properly completed and confirmed by the corresponding Jenuane Communities’ Agent.
