Standard Warranty Requests:
For the fastest service, please submit standard warranty requests directly to customerservice@kdhbuilders.net.
Emergency Warranty Requests:
If you experience an urgent issue such as plumbing, electrical, or HVAC failure within your first year of homeownership, do not contact subcontractors directly. For after-hours emergencies, please call our emergency line at 775-742-4191. If the issue occurs during normal business hours, please call our main office or send an email for assistance.
