We have a design center where you can see and touch the granite counter tops, tile flooring, carpet, paint samples and more, not just pictures. You are an individual and your home should represent that. Our communities usually consist of a variety of floor plans and options. We even let you see your new home via a virtual tour here. Here, you can also create your customized home with options and upgrades on the interior and exterior, cabinets, flooring and paint. You can almost see your home before you ever break ground.

We have also been honored to receive several awards from the Builders Association of Northern Nevada or BANN.
