Design Studio Process
Step 1: Initial Contact
After you sign your contract, we’ll receive your buyer sheet and options certificate. Our designers will review your available personalizations, considering your move-in timeline and cutoff dates.
Step 2: Welcome Email
Expect an email from our designer with details on scheduling your design consultation. We’ll work to accommodate your schedule within the project timelines.
Step 3: Design Consultations
We offer in-person consultations at our Reno and Carson City locations, making it easier for you to select finishes at a studio near you. If you're out of state, we also offer remote consultations through Teams. During your session, our designers will help you pick the perfect finishes, ensuring your selections fit your lifestyle and budget.
Step 4: Technology Upgrades
Smart home features and other tech upgrades can enhance your experience. LinkUs® will contact you to discuss options like surround sound systems, security features, and more.
Step 5: Deposits and Payments
Deposits are required to secure your selections:
Preferred Lender: 50% deposit for all options at the time of selection.
Outside Lender: 100% payment required at the time of selection.
This applies to all upgrades, including countertops, flooring, and tech upgrades.
Step 6: Finalizing Choices
Once you’ve made your selections, we’ll prepare a contract addendum for your signature via DocuSign. This will confirm all your choices and ensure everything is ready for your new home.
