If your home is in the early stages of construction, you’ll have the ability to select your options. If it’s Move-In Ready, all selections will have been hand-selected by our design team through completion.

Meet with our professional designers to explore a curated selection of cabinetry, lighting, faucets, plumbing, paint, and many other interior finishes.
Smart Home Technology Upgrades
Our trusted partner, LinkUs®, will guide you through available tech options, from surround sound to security features, ensuring your home is as connected as you need it to be.
Flooring and Countertop Customization
During your scheduled appointment at the ILG Design Studio, you’ll collaborate with our expert design partners to select flooring, countertops, and backsplashes. It’s your chance to add custom finishes that reflect your style and make your new home uniquely yours.
We Offer Lower Deposit Requirements
When you choose one of Jenuane’s preferred lenders, you’ll enjoy added flexibility with just a 50% deposit required on your selected design options. Working with an outside lender? A full deposit on upgrades will be required at the time of selection.

Merysa brings a diverse background in real estate and design to her role, helping homebuyers personalize their spaces with confidence and creativity. Our Design Studio is an exclusive part of the homebuying journey, available only to buyers under contract. Selections are scheduled based on each home's construction timeline, ensuring a seamless process tailored to your build.
