Once you close escrow and receive your keys, our Customer Service Team officially becomes your go-to for any home-related questions and warranty requests.
Meet Your Customer Service Representative
Either your Customer Service Manager or Customer Service Administrator will be introduced during your Homeowner Orientation Walk—your first walkthrough of your new home. They’ll guide you through the process and support you throughout your post-close experience.
Welcome Email with Essential Information
You will receive a Welcome Email with key contact information, emergency numbers, and instructions on submitting high-priority warranty requests.

Smart Home Orientation with LinkUs
After move-in, LinkUs will contact you to schedule a Smart Home Orientation, where they’ll walk you through your home’s smart technology features and answer any questions. Please note that internet service must be set up prior to this appointment to ensure full functionality of your smart home features.

30-Day Warranty Review
Report cosmetic concerns and minor issues identified after move-in.
11-Month Warranty Review
Address any warranty-related concerns before the one-year mark.
Post 1-Year Coverage
Certain long-term structural components remain under warranty beyond the first year.
