Residential Customer Service Rep

Description

KDH Builders is seeking a full-time Residential Construction Customer Service Representative to meet with homeowners to perform warranty inspections, warranty repairs, and address questions and concerns.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform quality inspections on homes preparing to close escrow
  • Perform home repairs including grout work, paint touch up, plumbing repairs, etc.
  • Must have basic power tools, reliable transportation, and the ability to carry materials (baseboard, door casing, trim, etc.)
  • Willing to travel throughout the area including Reno, Sparks/Spanish Springs, Gardnerville, Carson City, and Dayton

Qualifications & Skills

  • Construction experience in home building is required.
  • OSHA 10 is required (willing to pay for class after hiring).
  • Customer service-oriented, highly motivated, and must be able to work efficiently.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days of full-time employment. Employer pays 100% of employees premium. Employee pays for dependents to be covered.
  • Paid holidays off, PTO accrual after 90 days of full-time employment.
  • 401K after 1 year of full time employment.
  • Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Administrative Assistant

Description

KDH Builders is looking for a full-time Construction Administrative Assistant. Candidates should be highly motivated, self-starters, adept at multi-tasking with strong communication skills and a ‘team player’ attitude. Construction experience is a plus. Applicant must currently live in northern Nevada. We offer a full benefit package including Health insurance, dental insurance, vision, 401K, PTO and paid holidays. Pay ranges from $15 - $20 per hour.

Responsibilities & Duties

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Frequent travel to job sites
  • Travel to municipalities to drop off payments, applications, and pick up permits
  • Quality inspections on new homes
  • Maintain Spreadsheets
  • Filling
  • Submitting applications for permits

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Business Administration is preferred but not required
  • Clean driving record is a must
