Responsibilities & Duties

  • Represent the Jenuane brand and lifestyle across multiple award-winning communities
  • Welcome and qualify visitors at on-site model homes and sales centers
  • Convert both online and onsite leads through personalized follow-up and digital engagement tools
  • Guide buyers from first visit to contract signing—and beyond
  • Collaborate with lenders and manage your pipeline using our proprietary sales tracking platform
  • Build and maintain relationships with local brokers and real estate agents to drive additional traffic
  • Work closely with our in-house marketing team and leadership to meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications & Skills

  • Nevada Real Estate License (Required
  • 1+ year of proven real estate sales experience (new home sales preferred)
  • Tech-savvy with strong CRM experience and comfort using digital tools and virtual selling methods
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
  • A positive, team-first attitude with a passion for delivering an unforgettable buyer journey

New Home Sales Assistant (Hybrid Role)

Jenuane Communities—one of Northern Nevada’s fastest-growing homebuilders—is offering a rare hybrid opportunity for experienced resale agents. As a New Home Sales Assistant, you can step into the exciting world of new home sales without walking away from your resale book of business. Grow your builder-side skills while continuing to earn resale commissions.

This role is perfect for licensed real estate professionals ready to expand their horizons, sharpen their sales edge, and become a licensed contributor to both new home and resale success.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Train and grow into a Junior New Home Sales Agent while driving resale conversions from on-site traffic
  • Assist at various Jenuane Communities locations, ensuring smooth sales office operations during public hours
  • Support lead New Home Sales Specialists with buyer follow-up, escrow updates, and contract coordination
  • Use our proprietary Marketing Success Portal® (MSP) to track leads, manage escrows, and capture buyer interest
  • Work alongside our virtual concierge team to confirm appointments and follow up on warm leads
  • Participate in broker outreach, local signage efforts, and community marketing events to drive traffic

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current Nevada Real Estate License (Required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in resale
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong professional presence and a client-first approach
  • Weekend availability and willingness to work on-site as needed
  • New home sales experience is a plus, but not required
