New Home Sales Specialists

Description

Full-time openings for passionate and high-energy new home sales agents in the Northern Reno marketplace to offer buyers an extraordinary experience. You will be part of a team that includes dedicated marketing support, online sales concierge, and experienced, positive leadership. Be part of a fast-paced, fun and innovative work environment. As a Jenuane Communities Agent you will be responsible for achieving sales goals by leveraging our innovative lead generation system.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform all sales activities at the Sales Center including greeting visitors, qualifying prospects and communicating the developer’s lifestyle vision for product and community.
  • Engaging, nurturing and converting prospective new home buyers to buy.
  • Working with Preferred Lenders and/or buyer’s outside lenders to pre-qualify prospective buyers
  • Manage all sales/escrows using an innovative proprietary technology showing status of all sales, cancellations, pending escrows, loan approvals and prospects activity.
  • Data mining using the proprietary technology to prioritize follow up activity with prospects.
  • Maintain and nurture a strong program and relationship with local and regional brokerage community to inspire interest of their buyers in our project.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Applicants must have a valid Nevada State real estate license to be considered

Other required skills include:

  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  • Strong desire/experience to proactively outreach to and convert leads
  • Strong comfort with computers, internet, MS Office tools, CRM
  • Prior experience in real estate sales. New home sales experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with new home real estate contracts and escrow management
  • Strong closing skills
  • Valid and active Nevada State real estate license
  • Brings a smile to work every day and introduces a positive energy to the team

Sales Assistant

Description

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing licensed sales activities at various communities as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Director on an as needed basis. These sales activities will be implemented in a manner which is compliant with applicable rules and regulations governed by the Nevada Real Estate Division. You will also be required to train with our proprietary technology platform, Marketing Success Portal® (MSP) to record and manage all sales activity. Your focus at each assigned community will be to support the sales activities of the community’s New Home Sales Specialist to include meeting and greeting prospects while capturing visitor registrations from all visitors and entering these records into MSP. Your role also includes providing necessary administrative sales functions which include entering and maintaining escrow updates in MSP on behalf of the New Home Sales Specialist allowing the New Home Sales Specialist to spend more time with their qualified prospects and buyers.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaboration with the virtual sales concierge in the follow up of prospects and confirming of appointments as directed by the corresponding community New Home Sales Specialist
  • Occasional assistance in lender follow up and approvals, submittals to Title/Escrow and buyer regular communication as requested and directed by the New Home Sales Specialist
  • Keeping the models and sales office open during published public hours
  • Participating in local field marketing support including driving / placing designated signs, ensuring all sales materials are adequately stocked, and distributing and presenting flyers to the brokerage community

Qualifications & Skills

  • Must have current unrestricted Nevada Real Estate License
  • Must be available to Work Weekends
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Professional Attitude, Dress and Demeanor
  • New Home Sales experience preferred
